Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Firearms Purchases:

All firearms will need to be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state.
Your FFL dealer will handle the paperwork that is necessary to transfer the firearm to you. If you need to find an FFL Dealer in your area to do your transfer please go to our FFL Locator Page.

We comply with ALL Local, State, and Federal laws. You must be aware of any Federal laws affecting your purchase.

The following list of state and local laws is represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms and magazine laws. Please know your Local and State Laws purchasing High Capacity Magazines and Firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales Restrictions will apply:

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:

All handgun shipments to “01″ Dealer FFL only and modern handguns must be on the California approved list. No High Capacity magazine sales. No Assault Weapon sales. C&R Licensees may purchase only C&R Rifles that are at least 50 years old, even if the rifle appears on the Federal C&R list. All CA Dealers must give us their CL# before ordering. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. California has a search engine to verify legal handguns. Here is a link to their website.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS:

No Firearms sales to Chicago, All of Cooke County. C&R 03 Licensees may purchase C&R Eligible firearms, however Illinois Foid card must be on file. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS:

01 FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list. C&R License holders may only purchase eligible Rifles and those sales require a copy of a Class A or B license along with standard requirements. No sales of high capacity magazines exceeding 10rds manufactured before 09/14/1994 except individuals having a MA issued Class A license or dealers. No sales of high capacity magazines exceeding 10rds manufactured 09/14/1994 or after. No Ammunition Sales to anyone in the state of MA.

MARYLAND CUSTOMER:

Modern Handguns must be listed on the MD handgun roster. No High Capacity Magazines sales of magazines that accept more than 20 rounds. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS:

No Sales of CETME Rifles. Absolutely no handgun sales to C&R 03 licensees; No High Capacity (over 15rds) Magazine Sales. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS:

Handguns can only be shipped to a 01 dealer and a current copy of the NY State Firearms Dealer License must be on file. C&R eligible rifles may be sold to 03 C&R licensees. No Sales of High Capacity magazines manufactured 09/14/1994 or after. No Sales to NY City. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS:

No Sales of any products.

CONNECTICUT:

No Sales of WASR, CETME Rifles, or FAL Rifles.

Massachusetts No Handguns
New York No Handguns
Washington D.C.& No Firearms

Blackpowder Firearms Restrictions:

Hawaii & Illinois & Massachusetts & Michigan & New Jersey & New York, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering Blackpowder firearms.

NOTE: For all other states, we can ship most black powder firearms directly to you.
